McIntyre Underground Voltage Conversion

Castle Power was the prime contractor on a multi-year underground conversion project cable to trench and install conduit, pulling in new 1C1 conductor, cable terminating, installation of pad mounted transformers, testing and commissioning, and the transfer back to underground from 34.5 KV to 25 KV. Work involved on this project included cutting over the existing underground to a temporary overhead system, exposing the existing underground and installing the new conduit and underground cable.
